游离血管腓骨移植术联合中药治疗早中期股骨头坏死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察带血管蒂腓骨移植术联合中药治疗早中期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:选择2010年1月-2017年1月住院治疗的31例(42髋)Ficat为Ⅰ~Ⅲ期的早中期股骨头坏死患者,行腓骨移植治疗后联合口服活血通络丸3个月。结果:术后3个月髋关节功能:优:57.1%(24/42),良:28.6%(12/42),中:9.5%(4/42),差:4.8%(2/42)。术后X线片显示:82.0%的股骨头坏死有不同程度改善,15.3%无明显变化,2.7%恶化。结论:中西医结合的方式可将疗效迅速提升,提高了手术的成功概率,加强了疗效。带血管蒂腓骨移植术联合中药在治疗早中期股骨头坏死方面是一种较理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of free vascularized fibular grafting plus TCM medicine on osteonecrosis of the femoral head in early and middle stage.Methods:31patients(42hips)were enrolled from January2010to January2010in the early stage for stageⅠ～Ⅲ,and treated by free vascularized fibular grafting plus Huoxue Tongluo Wan for3months.Results:In3months,excellent rate of hip function was57.1%(24/42);good rate was28.6%(12/42);effective rate was9.5%(4/42);ineffective rate was4.8%(2/42).The postoperative X-ray showed that82.0%of femoral head necrosis had improved;15.3%had no significant change;and2.7%had deteriorated.Conclusion:The integrative medicine will improve the curative effect and the success rate of surgery,and is worthy of clinical application.
