摘  要:利用电热塞热面效应,在一台快速压缩膨胀机上实现了甲醇热面辅助均质压燃,研究了不同电热塞加热功率和压缩比对热面辅助均质压燃燃烧特性的影响.研究表明:甲醇燃料热面辅助均质压燃具有两阶段放热特性,放热缓慢的第1阶段和放热急速的第2阶段;与HCCI相比,热面辅助均质压燃放热速率低,可以使运行工况向大负荷拓展,指示平均有效压力可以达到0.74,MPa;和SI燃烧模式相比,热面辅助均质压燃可以实现稀薄高压缩比燃烧;当压缩比为14~16、电热塞加热功率为30~34,W时,热面辅助均质压燃燃烧运行于高效状态.In this study,the methanol hot-surface assisted compression ignition(HACI)combustion mode has been achieved by using a glow plug in a rapid compression-expansion machine(RCEM).The effects of different compression ratios and heating powers on combustion characteristics of HACI mode were studied.The results show that the methanol HACI combustion mode had two stages during heat release,one was slow stage,and the other was rapid stage;compared with the HCCI combustion mode,the heat release rate of HACI was lower,so the operating conditions under heavy load could be expanded,and the pi could reach up to0.74,MPa.Compared with the SI combustion mode,the HACI could achieve lean high compression combustion.The combustion efficiency of HACI was high when the compression ratio was14-16and the heating power was30-34,W.
