摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,高校的发展也面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。制定高等学校的发展规划,是新形势下实现我国高等学校跨越式发展的必由之路。本文从制定高等学校发展规划的意义,规划的制定,最终实施有效的科学管理目的,为高等学校谋求自身可持续发展铺平道路。With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the development of colleges and universities are facing opportunities and challenges.The hitherto unknown development planning of higher education,is the only way which must be passed under the new situation of higher education in China to achieve leapfrog development.This paper formulates plans for the development of higher education,the formulation of the final implementation of effective scientific management to seek their own sustainable development for colleges and universities to pave the way.
