摘　　要：翻转课堂是目前教学模式改革的新领域,实质是将课堂的重心从传统的讲授到学生的消化吸收翻转为学生先进行知识内化后再进行教师的补充讲解。为了促进翻转课堂更好地融入桂林电子科技大学商学院课堂,本文针对我校《财务管理》教学中存在的问题,整体设计了翻转课堂的教学流程、教学内容和考核方式,以期达到在《财务管理》教学中能更好地驾驭翻转课堂,进而提升教学效果,促使翻转课堂在我校的进一步普及。Turning classroom is a new field of teaching mode reform,the essence is to focus the classroom from the traditional teaching to the digestion and absorption of the students,and then to make the students internalize the knowledge first and then add the explanation to the teacher.In order to promote the flipped classroom to better integrate into the classroom of Guilin University of Electronic Technology,we design the flip classroom teaching process,teaching contents and evaluation methods,in order to better control the flipped classroom in"financial management"teaching,improve teaching effect,promote the further popularization of flipping classroomin our school.
