摘　　要：分析了能源与动力工程专业"卓越工程师"和"火电厂集控运行"方向学生在电厂运行实践环节存在的问题及虚拟仿真技术在实践教学中的作用,利用我校电力运行虚拟仿真实验教学系统进行的能源与动力工程专业"卓越工程师"和"火电厂集控运行"方向电厂运行实践教学改革与实践。This paper analysis the existing problems during the power plant operation practicing process of the students whose major in Excellent Engineer and Power Plant Central Control Operation of the Energy and Power Engineering,and the affection of the virtual simulation technical in the practical teaching.Use the power plant operation virtual practical teaching system to reform and practice the practical teaching for the major in Excellent Engineer and Power Plant Central Control Operation of the Energy and Power Engineering.
