摘　　要：为了完善《职业生涯与发展规划》的教学模式,发挥课程效果,应用微课能够更好地推进高职院校大学生职业生涯规划课程,让学生更好地对自己的学习生涯以及日后的职业生涯进行规划。本文主要研究了对《职业生涯与发展规划》微课的分析以及如何应用,对提高高职院校《职业生涯与发展规划》课堂效果有着重要的意义。In order to improve the"occupation career and development planning"teaching mode,curriculum play effect,application of micro class can better promote the Vocational College Students'occupation career planning course,let students better planning for their own learning career and occupation career day after.This paper mainly studies the analysis and application of the micro course of career and development planning,which is of great significance to improve the classroomeffect of career and development planning in Higher Vocational Colleges.
