摘　　要：培养面向未来的卓越人才是高校改革的要求,个性化培养的导师制是卓越计划的主要部分,而这种导师制不同于传统的本科生导师制,是人才培养模式的创新,可弥补目前本科生导师制的不足,提高高校人才培养质量。要使"卓越计划"导师制切实发挥作用,就需构建一个完善、系统的本科生导师制质量保证体系,确保导师制实施有章可循。To cultivating the outstanding talents for the future is the need of high education reform,the tutorial system is the main part of the excellence program,which is different fromthe traditional system.This is the innovation of the talents training mode,and can make up for the disadvantages of undergraduate tutorial system in current university,and improve the quality of talent training.To make the program effective,we must constructure a perfect quality system to ensure there are rules which the tutorial systembased on.
