摘　　要：针对目前计算机专业人才培养的问题,论述了施行计算机卓越工程师人才培养的必要性和重要性,对计算机专业卓越人才培养的目标、培养方案、实践基地建设、教学团队建设、学生个性化培养机制等进行全面探索与实践,实践证明施行计算机卓越工程师人才培养对不断提高学生工程素质和创新能力,增强就业竞争力,效果明显。In view of the current problems of computer professionals training,this paper discusses the necessity and importance of the implementation of computer excellence engineer personnel training,and carried on the comprehensive exploration and practice to the goal of cultivating outstanding professional talents,cultivating the program,practicing the base construction,teaching team construction,student individualized training mechanism and so on.It's proved by practice that the implementation of computer excellence engineer personnel training is effective to continuously improve the quality of students'engineering and innovation,and enhance the competitiveness of employment.
