摘　　要：本文介绍了以学生为中心教学法的概念及国外的研究成果,同时就教师和学生在该教学法中的体现进行了简介,并以《食品检验工作岗位综合技能实训》课程为例对"以学生为中心"教学法的应用进行了具体阐述。This paper introduces the concept of Student Centered Learning and abroad,and makes a brief introduction on the teachers and students in the teaching method,the method in the"Comprehensive Skill Training in Food Inspection"course is carried out in detail on the"Student Centered Learning"application teaching method.
