民族院校本科财务管理专业课程设置的研究与实践——以西北民族大学为例

摘　　要：本文基于西北民族大学管理学院学科发展的需要,特别是对财务管理专业课程设置的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了以培养目标、专业能力培养为核心的课程体系构建思路。西北民族大学财务管理专业本科毕业生应具备财务会计和财务管理两个方面的能力。而专业课程的体系的构建也只能紧紧以这两个能力为核心进行,从而使课程体系建设更好地为西北民族地区人才培养服务。Based on the needs of the discipline development in school of management of Northwest Minzu University,this paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the curriculum system construction in financial management major.This paper put forward the construction ideas of curriculum system with the cultivation of objectives and professional ability.The graduates of financial management major of Northwest Minzu University should have the ability of financial accounting and financial management.The construction of the system should be closely related to these two capabilities.The curriculum system construction should be better for the personnel training service of financial management major in the northwest ethnic areas.
