摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,工程建设项目的规模不断扩大。我国高校开设工程造价管理专业时间不长,教学模式较为单一,无法满足社会对高素质工程造价管理人才的需求。本文首先分析了我国工程造价管理专业的现状,然后对高校工程造价管理专业技能人才培养策略进行了探究,提出了明确技能人才培养目标、调整课程教学体系、加强教材教学建设、注重专业技能实践和完善教师队伍建设的策略。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the scale of project construction projects is constantly expanding.It is not long for the construction cost management of universities in our country,and the teaching mode is single,which cannot meet the demand of the society for high quality Engineering Cost Management talents.This paper first analyzes the professional Engineering Cost Management present situation in China is analyzed,then the Engineering Cost Management in colleges and universities professional skills training strategy has carried on the exploration,put forward the specific skill talents training target,curriculum teaching system,strengthening the construction of teaching materials,pay attention to practical professional skills and perfect the policy of teachers'teamconstruction.
