摘　　要：初中学生正处于成长的关键时期,作为德育教育的主要力量的班主任的德育教育工作起着至关重要的作用。在分析初中班主任和德育教育、初中班主任德育教育存在的问题的基础上,对存在问题的原因和对策进行了一些探讨。Junior high school students are in the critical period of growth.As the main force of moral education,class teachers play a vital role.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the junior middle school moral education by class teachers and the relationship between moral education and junior middle school class teachers,the authors discuss the causes and countermeasures of the problems.
