摘　　要：本文阐述了激励理论的内涵,我们分析了高校学生管理工作中激励理论的实践要求,如期望理论、需要层次理论、强化理论、公平理论等方面的实践。当然,激励理论本身也存在一些不足,需要在以后的工作中不断改进,并积极地创新、适时调整,让它更加符合教育的进步,满足学生的需要。This paper expounds the connotation of incentive theory,analyzes the practical requirements of incentive theory in university student management,such as expectation theory,need level theory,reinforcement theory,fairness theory and so on.Of course,the incentive theory itself also has some shortcomings which need to be improved continuously in future work,and it should be actively innovated and adjusted in order to be more in line with the progress of education and meet the needs of students.
