摘　　要：SOLOMO是一种融合社交、本地和移动3种服务的新型社会化交流网络,是未来互联网发展的重要驱动力量,其意味着泛在知识环境环境的到来,深刻影响着知识创造、传播和利用的方式。文章在分析SOLOMO环境下信息资源建设特征的基础上,提出信息资源协同建设是第三代图书馆在泛在知识环境下实现信息互联共享的根本途径,并从图书馆与用户,图书馆与图书馆以及图书馆与信息供应链上其他机构3个角度深入研究资源协同建设内容,以便提升图书馆资源供应能力,在泛在知识环境下为用户提供互联、高效、便利的信息资源保障。SOLOMO is a new type of social communication network that integrates social,local and mobile services,which is an important driving force for the future development of the Internet.SOLOMO means the arrival of ubiquitous knowledge environment,which profoundly affects the ways in which knowledge is created,spread,and utilized.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of information resource construction in SOLOMO environment,in the article,the collaborative construction of information resource was regarded as the fundamental way for the third generation librar^^to realize information interconnection and sharing in the ubiquitous knowledge environment.The content of collaborative construction of information resource was deeply researched from the angle of library and users,library and library,library and other institutions on the information supply chain,in order to enhance the resources supply capacity of library,which could provide users with interconnected,efficient and convenient information resources in ubiquitous knowledge environment.
