摘  要:目的探讨青光眼合并白内障予以超声乳化联合小梁切除术的临床价值。方法选取2016年2月13日~2017年3月9日收治的56例青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,按照平均、完全随机基本原则,分为两组。对照组实施小梁切除术,在此操作下,观察组联合超声乳化治疗。观察两组术后视力、眼压变化情况。结果观察组患者术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月眼压分别为(20.98±3.02)mmHg、(18.56±2.28)mmHg、(14.29±1.85)mmHg,相比于对照组患者术后各指标均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,观察组视力数据优于对照组,其中1.0以上概率(32.14%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化与小梁切除术联合应用于青光眼合并白内障中,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical value of phacoemulsification combined with cataract in glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods The patients with cataract with glaucoma combined with cataract patients were divided into two groups according to the average and total random basic principle.In the control group,small girder resection was performed.Under this operation,the group was treated with combined ultrasonic emulsification.The visual acuity and intraocular pressure changes were observed in the two groups.Results After the operation of the observation group,the intraocular pressure was(20.98±3.02)mmHg,(18.56±2.28)mmHg,(14.29±2.28)mmHg,respectively.In the three months after surgery,the visual data of the observation group were superior to the control group,with the probability of1.0and above(32.14%)higher than the control group.Conclusion The combined application of phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy in glaucoma combined with cataract is effective.
