浅谈口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析牙周病致前牙移位使用口腔正畸的治疗效果。方法 30例(270颗患牙)牙周病致前牙移位患者,均接受口腔正畸治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果 30例(患牙270颗)患者治疗后,有效240颗(88.9%),无效30颗(11.1%)。治疗后牙齿松动情况优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,牙周袋深度为(3.5±1.0)mm、前牙覆盖距离为(2.7±1.1)mm、前牙覆颌深度为(2.3±1.0)mm、牙周出血指数为(25.5±5.6)%,均优于治疗前的(4.9±1.3)mm、(6.5±1.5)mm、(5.0±1.2)mm、(97.5±9.5)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位具有较好的效果,临床中可以进行推广使用。Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of orthodontics for the treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods A total of30patients(270involved teeth)with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease received orthodontic therapy,and their clinical treatment effect was observed.Results After treatment,there were240effective teeth(88.9%)and30ineffective teeth(11.1%)in30cases(270involved teeth).Patients had better loose teeth condition after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients had periodontal pocket depth as(3.5±1.0)mm,anterior teeth covering distance as(2.7±1.1)mm,anterior tooth jaw depth as(2.3±1.0)mm and periodontal bleeding index as(25.5±5.6)%,which were all better than(4.9±1.3)mm,(6.5±1.5)mm,(5.0±1.2)mm and(97.5±9.5)%before treatment,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic therapy shows excellent effect on anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease,and can be promoted and used in clinic.
