紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察经验分析

摘　　要：目的分析紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取商洛市中心医院2015年6月～2017年6月收治的50例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象。对照组给予单纯紫杉醇化疗方案，实验组进行紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗，135～175mg/m2紫杉醇，第1天，80～100mg/m2奈达铂，第2天。比较分析实验组与对照组患者临床治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，实验组治疗有效率为80.0%，高于对照组有效率68.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为36.0%与40.0%，差异无统计学意义。结论紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果较为理想，可显著提高临床效果，未见严重不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical observation experience of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods50cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital from June2015to June2017were selected as the research object.The control group was given paclitaxel chemotherapy alone,and the experimental group was treated with paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin,135~175mg/m2paclitaxel,first days,80-100mg/m2nedaplatin,second days.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was80.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group,the effective rate was68.0%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group were36.0%and40.0%,respectively,and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical effect is ideal,can significantly improve the clinical effect,there is no serious adverse reactions.
