补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林对短暂性脑缺血发病患者临床疗效及对患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林对短暂性脑缺血发病患者临床疗效及对患者预后的影响。方法选取在杭州市余杭区第三人民医院2014年8月～2016年10月收治的98例短暂性脑缺血发病患者，按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组，每组均为49例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗，实验组给予补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗，比较2组患者短暂性脑缺血发病率，临床治疗总有效率，血液学指标。结果实验组短暂性脑缺血发作例数显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2组患者的血液流变学指标、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、同型半胱氨酸指标比较无统计学意义；治疗后，实验组患者的血液流变学指标、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、同型半胱氨酸指标显著优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林对短暂性脑缺血发病患者临床治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with transient cerebral ischemia and the effect of treatment on the prognosis of patients.Methods98patients with transient cerebral ischemia,according to admission order were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,49cases for each group.The control group was given aspirin treatment,the experimwental group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with aspirin,transient cerebral ischemia incidence,the total effective rate and hematology indexes were compared between two groups.Results The cases of transient ischemic incidence in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the blood rheology index,fibrinogen the whole blood viscosity and the homocysteine index between two groups;after treatment,the blood rheological indexes,the whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen and homocysteine of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with aspirin has significantly clinical effects on the the treatment of transient cerebral ischemia.
