牙唇面根充法进行根管治疗联合烤瓷牙修复改善上前牙前突和增进美观的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察烤瓷牙修复改善上前牙前突和提高审美度的治疗效果。方法选取本院2014年1月～2016年10月收治的80例上前牙前突患者，采用牙唇面根充法开展根管治疗后经烤瓷牙修复。对比分析治疗前后烤瓷牙外观及功能情况。结果治疗后患者上前牙前突纠正、烤瓷牙整体外观、减轻深覆盖、与邻牙协调度的优良率分别为96.25%、97.50%、93.75%和98.75%。结论采用牙唇面根充法开展根管治疗联合烤瓷牙修复能够显著改善上前牙前突的情况。Objective To observethe clinical effects of the treatment of anterior maxillary protrusion and improve the aesthetic degree by combining porcelain teeth.Methods80cases with forward teeth thrust were given porcelain fixedafter root canal treatment with teeth labial surface root filling method,the appearance and function of porcelain teeth before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the corrected rateof anterior teeth,the overall appearance of porcelain teeth,the depth of reducingcoverage,and the coordination rate of adjacent teeth were96.25%,97.50%,93.75%and98.75%.Conclusion The treatment of root canal therapy combined with porcelain teeth fixed couldsignificantly improve the situation of anterior teeth.
