左旋多巴片辅以综合疗法治疗弱视患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究左旋多巴片辅以综合疗法治疗弱视患儿的临床效果。方法选取西安爱尔古城眼科医院收治的弱视患儿46例，随机将其分为对照组和研究组，各23例。对照组接受综合疗法，在此基础上，研究组加施左旋多巴片口服治疗。比较2组临床疗效、图形视觉诱发电位（P-VEP）及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组P-VEPP100潜伏期明显低于对照组，而P100波幅高于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时，2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论左旋多巴片辅以综合疗法治疗弱视患儿疗效显著，可有效改善视觉诱发电位，且安全可靠。Objective To study the clinical effect of symblyopia levodopa tablets combined comprehensive treatment in amblyopic children.Methods46cases of amblyopia were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,23cases in each group.The control group was received the combination therapy,the study group was given symblyopia levodopa tablets on the basis treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of paroxysmal visual evoked potential(P-VEP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of P-VEP P100in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the amplitude of P100was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of symblyopia levodopa tablets combined with integrated therapy in children with amblyopia could effectively improve visual evoked potential with safety.
