摘　　要：目的对比雷替曲塞与5-氟尿嘧啶在晚期结直肠癌一线治疗的有效率与不良反应。方法检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献库、CochraneLibrary、MEDLINE等数据库，选择CRT研究，并按照相关标准纳入文献，最后进行Meta分析。结果共计纳入8篇文献，共计2312例患者，发现雷替曲塞与5-氟尿嘧啶在客观有效率、无疾病进展时间、患者生存总时间方面差异无统计学意义，但是在白细胞减少、中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、感染、腹泻等不良反应方面，雷替曲塞不良反应的发生率要明显低于5-氟尿嘧啶，而在贫血、乏力、转氨酶升高等不良反应方面，5-氟尿嘧啶不良反应的发生率要明显低于雷替曲塞。结论雷替曲塞在疗效方面与5-氟尿嘧啶无明显差异性，不良反应也各有各的不同，可以作为晚期结直肠癌化疗的另一种方案。Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse effects of ritriptyline and5-fluorouracil in the first-line treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Search the database of Chinese knowledge,Wanfang,Chinese biomedical library,Cochrane Library,MEDLINE and so on,The CRT study was selected and included in the literature according to the relevant criteria.Finally,the meta-analysis was performed.Results A total of2312patients were included in the study.The patients with rituximab and5-fluorouracil were found to be effective,There was no statistically significant difference in total survival time,but the incidence of rituximab adverse events was significantly lower than that of5-fluorouracil in terms of leukopenia,neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,infection,and diarrhea.Anemia,fatigue,elevated transaminase and other adverse reactions,the incidence of5-fluorouracil adverse reactions were significantly lower than raltitrexed.Conclusion Ritaleteole in the efficacy and5-fluorouracil no significant difference,adverse reactions are also different,can be used as advanced chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer program.
