氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及采取的护理措施。方法选取2015年12月～2016年12月在嵊州市人民医院诊治的脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象，依据不同的治疗方法将其分成对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组予以氯吡格雷进行治疗，观察组予以氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林进行治疗。治疗结束后，对2组患者的治疗效果、神经功能缺损情况评分及日常生活能力评分进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分均显著优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论对脑梗死患者予以氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林进行治疗并予以其有效的护理干预措施，能大幅提高治疗有效率，促进患者神经功能恢复，患者的日常生活能力得以较大程度提高。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and nursing measures of clopidogrel combined aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods80cases of cerebral infarction patients who were treated in our hospital from December2015to December2016were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with40cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,and the group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups,the score of neurological impairment and the daily life ability score were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of neurological impairment and daily life ability score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and effective nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction,can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve the daily living ability of the patients.
