摘 要:为了优化超声波辅助浸提荷叶黄酮的条件,提高荷叶黄酮的提取率,采用单因素试验的方法,考察超声波功率、超声时间、料液比对提取率的影响,并应用正交试验确定最优工艺参数。结果表明:荷叶黄酮超声辅助浸提的最佳工艺为超声功率150 W、超声时间18 min、料液比1︰150(g/m L)。在最优工艺条件下,荷叶黄酮的平均提取率可达到2.747%。In order to optimize the ultrasonic assisted digestion of flavanoid from lotus leaf,the effects of inspect the ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and liquid to solid ratio on the flavanoid extraction rate were studied by using single factor experiment,and the optimal process was determined by ultrasonic assisted digestion.Then the optimal process parameters were determined by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum technology conditions were ultrasonic power150W,ultrasonic time18min and liquid to solid ratio1:150(g/mL).Under the optimal process conditions,the average extraction rate of the flavonoids in the lotus leaf reached2.747%.
