摘  要:提出了一种应用于第五代移动通信(5G)的四阶开口环谐振器耦合的带通滤波器。它可以在5G(37~42.5 GHz)频段上运行。滤波器的设计基于集成无源器件(IPD)工艺,运用了硅通孔(TSV)技术。实验结果表明,该滤波器的中心频率在39.75 GHz,带宽5.5 GHz,中心频率处的插入损耗小于1.2 d B,回波损耗大于23 d B,电压驻波比小于1.15,且滤波器的尺寸仅有1.2×1.2 mm2。可见,该滤波器具有尺寸小、插损小、带外抑制高等优点,且结构简单、加工成本低,特别适合5G频段的射频前端。A band-pass filter applied to the fourth-order open-loop resonator coupling of5G(the fifth generation)mobile communication is proposed,which could operate in the5G(37~42.5GHz)frequency band.The design of this filter is based on integrated passive device(IPD)process,and TSV(Through Silicon Via)technology is adopted.The experimental results indicate that the center frequency of this filter is at39.75GHz,with a bandwidth of5.5GHz,and the insertion loss at the center frequency is less than1.2dB,the return loss better than23dB,the voltage standing wave ratio less than1.15.The filter size is only1.2×1.2 mm2,and this shows that this filter has the advantages of small size,small insertion-loss,high out-of-band suppression,simple structure,low processing cost,and is particularly suitable for RF front-end of5G band.
