中国学前教育经费投入效率的DEA分析——基于175所幼儿园的实证调查

摘　　要：通过构建学前教育经费投入-产出指标体系,利用DEA分析方法,对全国175所幼儿园2014年经费投入效率进行分析。分析结果显示,学前教育经费投入整体上存在较大的效率损失,规模效率是导致整体效率损失的主要原因;县镇幼儿园经费投入效率要高于城市幼儿园和农村幼儿园,且其经费投入的纯技术效率与规模效率均高于城市幼儿园和农村幼儿园;中部省份幼儿园经费投入效率优于东部和西部省份幼儿园,无论是规模效率还是纯技术效率均高于的东部和西部省份幼儿园。By constructing the input-output system of preschool education fund and using the DEA method,this paper analyze the fund investment efficiency of175kindergartens nationwide in2014.The results show that there exist a great loss of the efficiency of fund investment in preschool education overall,and the scale efficiency loss is the main cause for overall efficiency.The efficiency of fund investment of kindergarten in county and town areas is higher than kindergarten in urban and rural areas,as well as its technical efficiency and scale efficiency of fund investment.What’s more,the efficiency of fund investment of kindergarten in central area is better than kindergartens in eastern and western area,no matter its technical efficiency or scale efficiency.
