摘　　要：在企业人力资源管理的整体历程中,人力资源配置的地位不容小觑。对于人力资源配置的分析也长久以来为企业管理人员所热衷。故论文在分析了人力资源配置的影响因素之后着重阐述了优化企业人力资源的途径,希望能给相关企业提供一定的人力资源配置依据。In the whole process of enterprise human resource management,the position of human resource allocation should not beunderestimated.The analysis of human resource allocation has long been a passion for business managers.Therefore,after analyzing theinfluencing factors of human resource allocation,this paper focuses on the ways to optimize the human resources of enterprises,hoping toprovide certainbasis for the allocationofhumanresources for relatedenterprises.
