摘　　要：论文针对新经济时代中小企业财务风险的特征,从预警机制、治理结构、资本结构等方面提出了防范措施,以促进中小企业的健康发展。According to the characteristics of the financial risk of small andmedium-sized enterprises in the neweconomic era,this paper putsforward precautionarymeasures from the aspects of early warning mechanism,governance structure and capital structure,so as to promote thehealthydevelopmentof small andmedium-sizedenterprises.
