摘　　要：就业歧视违背法律精神而且名目花样翻新,已成为一个社会问题,反就业歧视立法的出台十分必要也迫在眉睫。青海省处于国家西部地区,与其他省份相比许多方面仍比较落后。论文主要分析了青海省就业歧视的主要原因,并提出了相关对策,这对于解决就业歧视问题具有十分重要的现实意义。Employment discrimination violates the spirit of the law and retrofit project,has become a social problem,anti employment discrimination legislation is necessary and imminent.Qinghai is located in the western part of China,compared with other provinces,many aspectsare still laggingbehind.Thispapermainlyanalyzes themainreasonsof employment discrimination inQinghai province,and puts forward some correspondingcountermeasures,whichhasveryimportant practical significance for solvingthe problemofemployment discrimination.
