摘　　要：论文以构建符合高校战略目标的高校创业教育师资胜任力三维整合模型为基础,通过编制高校创业教育师资胜任力量表和教学效果评价量表,对山东省内六所高校创业教育师资的胜任力水平及教学效果进行了实证研究,对基于胜任力模型的创业教育师资选拔、培训和教师个人胜任力水平提升给出了对策建议。Based on the3D integration model of college entrepreneurship education teachers competency,which is aim to construct the strategicgoalsof theuniversity,researches the competencylevel and teachingefficiencyof six universities entrepreneurship education teachers in Shandong province,through compiling the form of university entrepreneurship education teacher competence and form of teaching quality evaluation,and puts forward suggestions on teachers selection,training of entrepreneurship education and the improvement of teacher’ability basedonthe competencymodel.
