摘　　要：目的观察应用VITA VM9制作全瓷贴面修复前牙的临床效果。方法选取20例患者30颗因变色或龋坏的前牙,使用VITA VM9制作全瓷贴面。修复后追踪观察1年,按照改良美国公共健康协会(USPH S)标准进行临床观察。结果瓷贴面修复1年后各项指标都达到了B标准,其中外形匹配最令人满意。结论VITA VM9瓷贴面可满足前牙美容修复需要。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the application of VITA VM9porcelain veneer restoration of anterior teeth.Methods20cases of30patients with discolored or carious anterior teeth were made with VITA VM9,and all ceramic veneers were observed after repair for1years.According to the revised American Public Health Association(USPH S)standard,clinical observation was made.Results after1years,all indicators of porcelain veneer were all up to B standard,and the shape matching was the most satisfactory.Conclusion VITA VM9porcelain veneer can meet the needs of cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.
