摘　　要：鲜食型马铃薯新品种‘云薯105’是云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所2003年以‘威芋3号’作母本,‘品系3221’作父本,经有性杂交选育而成。2015年9月通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种中晚熟,生育期100 d左右。块茎椭圆、表皮光滑、淡黄皮白肉、芽眼浅呈浅紫色,商品薯率70%~85%。单株结薯数7~9个,产量27 000~45 000 kg/hm^2。粗蛋白含量2.04%,维生素C含量18.40 mg/100g鲜薯,还原糖含量0.32%,干物质含量23.30%,淀粉含量15.80%。‘云薯105’植株抗晚疫病,中抗轻花叶病毒病(PVX)和重花叶病毒病(PVY)。该品种适宜在湖北西部,贵州西北部,四川西南部,重庆东北部,云南中部、东北部种植。'Yunshu105',a new table potato variety,was developed from a cross between'Weiyu3'(female)and'Pinxi3221'(male),which was made in2003,by Economic Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and was approved for registration by National Crop Variety Committee in September,2015.Growth duration of'Yunshu105'is about100d,a middle late maturing variety,with oval tuber shape,smooth skin,light yellow skin and white flesh,and shallow and pink eyes.The marketable tuber percentage is70%-85%.The tuber set is from7to9per plant.The yield of'Yunshu105'is27000-45000kg/ha,with crude protein content2.04%,vitamin C content18.40mg/100g FW,reducing sugar content0.32%,dry matter content23.30%,and starch content15.80%.'Yunshu105'is resistant to foliar late blight,and moderately resistant to PVX and PVY.It is suitable for planting in west parts of Hubei Province,northwest parts of Guizhou Province,southwest parts of Sichuan Province,northeast parts of Chongqing City,and middle and northeast parts of Yunnan Province.
