摘　　要：目的:研究防暴技能培训前后应对暴力行为时的情况,为推广防暴技能提供科学依据。方法:采用本院护理质量控制报表进行回顾性调查,对处置暴力行为时护士受伤情况、暴力事件发生率、保护性约束次数进行前后对比分析。结果:培训后处置暴力事件时护士受伤率、暴力事件发生率和保护性约束使用率均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:防暴技能培训可有效降低处置暴力行为时护士受伤率,降低暴力事件发生率,减少保护性约束,有利于保护医务人员。Objective:To study the situation of coping with violent behavior before and after riot skill training,to provide scientific basis for popularizing riot prevention skills.Methods:The nursing quality control reports in our hospital were investigated retrospectively.We analyzed nurses'injuries of coping with violent behavior,incidence of violence,and protective restraint times before and after riot skill training.Results:After training,injury rate of nurses of coping with violent behavior,incidence of violence,and protective restraint times were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti riot skills training can effectively reduce the injury rate of nurses of coping with violent behavior,reduce the occurrence of violence,reduce the protective constraint,and protect medical staff.
