持续质量改进对提高外科护士生理监护仪应用与管理能力的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨持续质量改进对提高肝胆外科护士生理监护仪应用与管理能力的效果。方法:选取在医院肝胆外科工作的80名护士的临床工作资料进行回顾性分析,依据管理方法将其分为质量改进组和常规管理组,每组40名。质量改进组采用持续质量改进方法,常规管理组采用传统常规基础管理方法;对两组护士的考核成绩、患者生理监护仪管理满意度、误报警情况及处理时间进行统计分析。结果:质量改进组护士的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均显著高于常规管理组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.303,t=3.182;P<0.05);生理监护仪存放合理、了解去向和保养维护满意度分别为92.5%、100.0%和87.5%,均显著高于常规管理组的32.5%、40.0%和52.5%,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.02,x^2=7.38,x^2=9.35;P<0.05);误报警率为10.0%,显著低于常规管理组的35.0%,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.14,P<0.05),对生理监护仪的误报警处理时间显著短于常规基础管理组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.776,P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进方法能够有效提高肝胆外科护士对生理监护仪的应用能力与管理水平。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement for enhancing the ability of application and management of nurses of hepatobiliary surgery for physiological monitor.Methods:The data of clinical work were researched by using retrospective analysis,and they were divided into quality improvement group(n=40)and routine management group(n=40)according to different management method.The score of examination,satisficing of patient for physical monitor,false alarm situation and processing time between the two groups were researched and analyzed.Results:The score of examinations both of theory and operation of quality improvement group were significantly higher than those of routine management group(t=4.303,t=3.182,P<0.05),respectively.The reasonable storing rate,understanding rate of whereabouts and satisficing of maintenance about physical monitor of quality improvement group(92.5%,100.0%and87.5%)were significantly higher than those of routine management group(32.5%,40.0%and52.5%)(x2=5.02,x2=7.38,x2=9.35,P<0.05),respectively.The false alarm rate of quality improvement group(10.0%)was significantly lower than that of routine management group(35.0%)(x2=11.14,P<0.05).And the processing time of false alarm of quality improvement group was significantly shorter than that of routine management group(t=2.776,P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of continuous quality improvement can effectively enhance the ability of application and management level of the nurses of hepatobiliary surgery for physical monitor.
