摘  要:目的针对神经内科的住院患者,加强与家属的有效沟通,切实提高护理工作的满意度。方法 2016年6月~2017年5月428例神经内科出院患者为观察组,2015年6月~2016年5月399例出院患者为对照组。对照组采用传统的方法进行沟通。观察组对护士进行针对性的沟通技巧培训,加强护患沟通,建立良好的护患关系。对两组患者(或家属)在患者出院时进行满意度问卷调查,分析患者满意度。结果观察组的护理工作满意度高于对照组。结论加强有效沟通,有助于提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective In hospitalized patients in neurology,strengthen the effective communication with family members,and improve nursing satisfaction.Methods From June2016to May2017,428cases of neurology hospital patients as observation group,from June2015to May2016,399cases of discharged patients in the control group.Control group using traditional methods to communicate.Observation group targeted communication skills training of nurses,strengthen communication,nurses and patients to establish good relationship between nurses and patients.On two groups of patients(or family)in patient satisfaction questionnaires conducted at discharge,patient satisfaction analysis.Results Observation group of nursing job satisfaction is higher than the control group.Conclusion Strengthen the effective communication,to improve the patient and family satisfaction to nursing work.
