摘　　要：概述了国内现有CEMS用红外线气体分析仪的类型、原理,从光源、气室、滤光部件、检测器四个方面论述了国内现有CEMS用红外线气体分析仪的技术现状,并对影响红外线气体分析仪测量的因素进行了综述。This paper outlines the types and theory of the infrared gas analyzer used by existing CEMS in China.From the four aspects of light source,gas chamber,filter components and detector,the paper discusses the technical status of infrared gas analyzer used by CEMS in China,and summarizes the factors of measures that make impact on the infrared gas analyzer.
