构建高校新型师生关系的思考

摘　　要：构建新型的师生关系,有利于加强师生之间的教学互动,维护正常的教学秩序,提高教学效率和效果,保证整个高校活动的秩序和基本目标的实现,也有利于校园的和谐稳定。文中着重分析了高校师生间关系的现状,提出了建立良好师生关系的主要措施。Establishing a new type of relationship between college teachers and students many effects,including being beneficial to strengthen teaching interaction,helping maintain normal teaching order,enhancing teaching results,ensuring the achievement of basic aims of college and being conducive to the harmony and stability of the campus.This article analyzes the current situation of the relationship between college teachers and students,and proposes some measures to construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges.
