摘　　要：胸腺肿瘤相比胸部其他实体肿瘤相对罕见,相关前瞻性随机对照临床试验很难开展。中国胸腺肿瘤协作组(ChART)针对这一情况建立了基于国人的胸腺瘤回顾性及前瞻性数据库。协作组成员依据该数据库做了大量研究工作并得出了专家共识。该文介绍了ChART针对此数据库近期开展的回顾性临床研究工作。Thymic tumor is relatively rare and malignant compared to other solid tumors in the chest.It is extremely difficult to carry out prospective clinical randomized controlled trials for it.Chinese Alliance of Research for Thymomas(ChART)established a retrospective and prospective database based on Chinese clinical data.Collaborative group members have made extensive research work based on the database and reached an expert consensus in thymic tumors.The aim of this article is to introduce the recent retrospective clinical researches of this database.
