血管内支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效性与安全性。方法回顾性分析2013年6月至2017年5月收治的100例缺血性脑血管病的临床资料。使用血管内支架成形术治疗52例(观察组),使用单纯药物治疗48例(对照组)。结果治疗后,观察组血管狭窄程度、神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而记忆力、注意与计算能力、回忆能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组定向能力和语言能力无明显差别(P>0.05)。观察组各病变血管收缩期峰流速、总并发症发生率、短暂性脑缺血发生率、脑卒中发生率及病死率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血管支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病,能显著提高病人认知,减轻血管病变症状,并有效改善神经功能,治疗安全有效。Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of stent angioplasty in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods The clinical data of100patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,of whom,52(observed group)received stent angioplasty and48(control group)conservative treatment,were analyzed retrospectively.The treatment effects were observed in all the patients.Results The degree of vascular stenosis and neurological function deficit scale sores were significantly lower in the observed group than those in the control group1,6and12months after the treatment(P<0.05).The memory,attention and computational ability,recall ability scores were significantly higher in the observed group than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the directional ability and language between both the groups(P>0.05).The blood flow velocity of the involved vessels was significantly lower in the observed group than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidences of transient ischemic attack,stroke and death rate were significantly lower in the observed group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stent angioplasty is a safe and effective method to treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease and is of value to clinical spread.
