摘 要:为从根本上解决妇产科学教学的固有问题,改善理论教学效果,针对妇产科学现有教学方法进行对比分析,包括传统教学模式、以问题为基础的教学(PBL)、以案例为中心的教学(CBL)、网络教学、翻转课堂、多元教学模式、数字化教学等;在此基础上提出新的理论教学模式,颠覆先理论后实践的传统教学模式,理论教学与临床见实习穿插进行,并探讨其优缺点,为妇产科学教学改革提供新的思路。In order to solve the rooted problems in teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,and improve the effects of theoretical teaching,current teaching methods are compared and analyzed,including lecture based learning,problem based learning,case based Learning,online teaching,flipped classroom,multi teaching,digitalized teaching and so on.Moreover,a new teaching mode is proposed,characterized by alternate theorectical teaching and practical training,instead of the mode of“practice after theory”.The advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching mode are discussed,which would provide new thoughts for teaching reformation of obstetrics and gynecology.
