摘　　要：如何通过提升创业者的创业能力来推动创业活动,促进创业成功,是目前创业实践中亟待解决的问题。在回顾和梳理国外相关创业能力研究文献的基础上,文章归纳总结了创业者创业能力的影响因素及其作用机理,并对该领域的未来研究热点进行了展望,以期为提升创业能力的研究和实践提供理论支持和指导。How to enhance the entrepreneurial competence to start entrepreneurial activities and promote business success is an urgent problem in entrepreneurial practice.On the basis of reviewing and combing the foreign literatures of entrepreneurial competence,this paper sums up the influencing factors of entrepreneur’s entrepreneurial competence and its mechanism.The paper forecasts the research hotspot in the future in this field,provides a theoretical support and practical guidance to enhance the research and practice of entrepreneurial competence.
