摘　　要：给出了二阶非对称实矩阵合同判定的充要条件.举例说明此方法简单,实用.Within the knowledge of linear algebra courses,Necessary and Sufficient Conditions on the Congruence of Non symmetric Real Matrices are given.Some examples show that the simple and practical method is easy to be mastered by engineering students.
