以就业为导向的“汽轮机原理”教学改革实践研究

摘　　要：随着高校毕业生人数的逐渐增多,大学生就业难的问题已经成为当前社会发展亟待解决的问题。通过以就业为导向,结合东北电力大学能源与动力工程专业在"汽轮机原理"教学过程中积累的经验,提出了"根据电厂人才需求,强调独立解决问题能力,密切联系工程实际"的改革思路。并通过对"汽轮机原理"教学内容的调整与更新、将信息技术应用到教学过程中、开展研究性学习等方法,对"汽轮机原理"的教学方法进行了改革与实践。以期对提高能源与动力工程专业毕业生的就业率有一定的借鉴意义。Along with the gradual increment of college graduates,difficult employment for college students has become an urgent issue in the present social development.Combined teaching experiences of the course with energy and power engineering major at Northeast Dianli University,a reform idea“according to the talent demand of power plant,emphasize independent problem solving ability,close relation to practical engineering”is put forward in career oriented major.Moreover,based on the teaching contents′adjustment and update of the course‘Principles of Steam Turbine′,the applications of information technology to teaching process and the implementation of research learning method,the reform and practice on the teaching method of the course‘Principles of Steam Turbine′would be explored.Some methods and measures presented in the paper have certain reference significance to improve the employment of graduates majoring in energy and power engineering.
