摘　　要：目的:探讨不同氟化物应用于传统Hawley保持器和热塑压膜保持器牙釉质再矿化的疗效。方法:筛选2015年-2017年间就诊于石河子大学医学院第一附属医院口腔科正畸门诊结束固定矫治的患者60例,分为传统Hawley保持器A组和热塑压膜保持器B组,各组根据再矿化液分为1组(0.9%生理盐水)、2组(3M适乐)和3组(GC护牙素),观察各组牙釉质脱矿再矿化效果。结果:(1)A1、A2、A3间差异无统计学意义,χ~2=7.781,P=0.05;B1、B2、B3间差异有统计学意义,χ~2=28.992,P=0.000;B2与B3间差异无统计学意义,χ~2=1.709,P=0.408;B1与B2或B3间差异有统计学意义,χ~2=20.999,P=0.000;(2)A、B组间,A2与B2间差异有统计学意义,χ~2=7.589,P=0.023;A3与B3间差异有统计学意义,χ~2=6.645,P=0.044。结论:应用热塑压膜保持器的再矿化效果优于传统Hawley保持器,氟化物涂膜效果安全有效。Objective:To investigate the effects of different drugs for enamel remineralization of traditional Hawley retainers and thermoplastic lamination retainers.Methods:60cases patients with finished the orthodontic treatment were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from2015to2017.Patients were divided into traditional hawley retainers named Group A,and the thermoplastic lamination retainer named Group B.Each group were divided into three groups named group1(0.9%saline),group2(3M),group3(GC)by different remineralized liquid to observe effects of the enamel remineralization.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference amongA1,A2,A3,while there was statistical significance difference among B1,B2,B3,but no statistical significance between B2and B3;(2)There was statistical significance difference between A2,B2and between A3,B3.Conclusions:The effect of remineralization of thermoplastic lamination retainers was better than the traditional hawley retainers,and the effect of fluoride coating was safety and effective.
