摘 要:主要综述了3D打印过程中温度、打印速率、填充率、片层厚度等参数的优化以及对塑料制品性能和质量的影响。其中,利用正交试验法能够同时对多种参数进行优化。另外,还介绍了3D打印设备结构对3D打印产品质量的影响,指出增加支撑结构、提高打印过程中的稳定性可以有效保证塑料产品的质量。The optimization of3D printing process such as temperature,printing speed,filling rate,chip thickness as well as the influence on the performance and quality of plastic resultant products was reviewed.Furthermore,orthogonal experimental method could be employed to optimize multi-parameters simultaneously.In addition,the influence of3D printing equipment structure on the quality of3D plastic printing products was also introduced.It was pointed out that improving the stability during the printing process and adding support structure could effectively guarantee the quality of products.
