摘 要:辽宁农机科技创新能力与山东、江苏等先进省份相比明显不足,存在科技人才短缺、创新能力不足、农机农艺融合不够、成果转化率不高、科研投入不足、技术推广重视不够、学科建设滞后等问题。通过分析辽宁农机科技创新环境的不利和有利因素,提出抓好学科建设、引进培育人才、把握需求导向等有针对性的对策,为辽宁农机科技创新出谋划策。Scientific and technology innovation capacity of agricultural machinery in Liaoning province is obviously insufficient compared to Shandong and Jiangsu province,with the problems such as lack of science and technology talents,scarce innovation capacity,insufficient integration of agricultural machinery and agriculture technology,low achievement conversion rate,under-investment for scientific research,paying less attention to technology promotion and discipline construction lagging etc..This paper,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the environment for scientific and technology innovation of agricultural machinery in Liaoning province,put forward some pertinence countermeasures such as making great effort to discipline construction,introducing and cultivation talents and holding demand orientation,in order to give advice and suggestions for scientific and technology innovation of agricultural machinery in Liaoning province.
