表观弥散系数评价壁虎活性单体治疗兔肝脏VX2移植瘤疗效的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨表观弥散系数评价壁虎活性单体对兔肝脏VX2移植瘤治疗效果的应用价值。方法将20只兔肝脏VX2移植瘤模型随机分成A组(实验组)和B组(对照组),每组10只荷瘤兔。A组给予壁虎活性单体(20 mg/kg)与碘化油(0.2 ml/kg)混悬液介入治疗,B组给予碘化油(0.2 ml/kg)介入治疗。治疗前及治疗3周后行弥散加权成像(DWI),测量肿瘤组织的信号强度及表观弥散系数(ADC)。对比分析两组术前、后及组间术后信号强度及表观弥散系数(ADC)的差异。结果术前、术后对照组和实验组的DWI信号强度及ADC值分别为(1626.20±370.10、785.34±98.13、653.69±67.82,0.9±0.1、1.47±0.36、1.67±0.54)。结论表观弥散系数可用于无创性评估壁虎活性单体对兔肝脏VX2移植瘤的抑瘤作用。Objective To study the value of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in evaluating the effect of gecko reactive monomer in the treatment of rabbit liver VX2transplantation tumor.Methods A model of the rabbit liver VX2transplantation tumor was established,and randomly devided them into group A(the experimental group)and group B(the control group)with10tumor-bearing rabbits in each group.Group A were given interventional treatment with suspensions of20mg/kg gecko reactive monomer and0.2ml/kg iodized oil,while group B merely with0.2ml/kg iodized oil.DWI,the signal strength and ADC of tumor tissue are needed before treatment and after3weeks of treatment.The difference of indicaters above and histological staining between the two groups were compared and analysed.Results The DWI signal stength and ADC value of preoperation and postoperation in group A and group B were1626.20±370.10,785.34±98.13,653.69±67.82,0.9±0.1,1.47±0.36and1.67±0.54,respectively.Conclusion Gecko reactive monomer could be received a non-invasive assessment of the antineoplastic effects by using apparent diffusion coefficient in rabbit liver VX2transplantation tumor.
