成都市定点精神卫生机构救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的现状

摘　　要：目的了解成都市定点精神卫生机构救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的现状,为救治费用的合理安排及在院滞留救助患者的合理安置提供参考。方法于2016年10月-11月采用问卷调查法,对除成都市第四人民医院之外的成都市定点精神卫生机构进行填表培训后,通过电子邮件对住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的救治情况进行调查。结果 2011年1月-2016年6月,成都市13家定点精神卫生机构共救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者5 531人次,其中伴发躯体疾病978人次。目前成都市定点精神卫生机构在院住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者584人(8.0%),其中住院一年以上的有352人。住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者平均住院天数为219天。2016年上半年,住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者人均医疗费用支出195.84元/天,而收到救治费用人均125.94元/天。结论成都市定点精神卫生机构救治的住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者伴发躯体疾病较多,救助费用相对低,滞留医院病人多。ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment situation of the homeless people with mental disorders in designated mental health institutions in Chengdu.This invetigation could provide references for reasonable arrangement of fee and properly arrangement of the homeless patients who needed assist.MethodsFrom October to November2016,using questionnaire to investigate the suitable patients of all designated mental health institutions in Chengdu except the Fourth People's Hospital of Chengdu through teaching medical staff in these organisations to fill in the forms by E-mail.ResultsFrom January2011to June2016,13designated mental health institutions in Chengdu had treated5531homeless people with mental disorders,including978cases of somatic disease.At present,there were584patients(8.0%)in the hospital,and352of them had been hospitalized for more than one year.The median length of hospital stay was219days.In the first half year of2016,the medical expenditure of these patients with mental disorders was195.84yuan per day,and treatment received cost was125.94yuan per day.ConclusionThe homeless people with mental disorders who were assisted in Chengdu had many concomitant diseases and received low salvage fee.Large numbers of these people had to stay in the hospital.
