摘　　要：为应对网络技术对军人道德培育提出的新难题,在分析军人道德受到网络积极作用和消极作用的基础上,指出网络环境下军人道德失范主要有道德认知模糊、道德情感弱化、道德意志脆弱、道德行为失当等表现。从治标与治本相结合的基本思路出发,提出军人道德建设应更新教育理念、培养主体意识,抓住关键少数、树立道德楷模,坚持德法并举、实施技术监控,注重心理疏导、规范行为养成的路径,以期实现军人道德的重新建构。To solve the new problems brought by network technique in moral cultivation,the paper firstly analyzes the positive and negative effect on army morality,and indicates some anomie behaviors,such as fuzzy moral cognition,weakened moral emotion,fragile moral will,and improper moral behavior.Then,it puts forward following approaches to rebuild army morality:updating education idea to cultivate subject consciousness,grasping key minority to set moral models,implementing technical supervision according to virtue and law,and emphasizing psychological guidance to standardize behaviors.
