摘 要:铝合金C80型敞车自2003年起陆续投入大秦线循环运行,运行过程中发生闸瓦切削车轮的现象较为突出,严重者闸瓦切削车轮后大量切削物聚积在车轮与闸瓦之间,导致闸瓦抱死车轮,存在严重行车安全隐患。如何正确分析闸瓦切削车轮的原因迫在眉睫,以及时、高效进行处理。本文就铝合金C80型敞车运行过程中闸瓦切削车轮故障进行了研讨分析,从基础制动设计结构、现场测量数据、检修运用等方面进行了理论分析,并提出相应的解决建议。The C80gondola of aluminum alloy has been put into the operation of the Daqin line since2003,and the phenomenon of the brake shoe cutting wheel is very prominent during the operation.After a large number of cuttings are cut between the wheel and the brake shoe,Resulting in brake shoes to lock the wheel,there is a serious traffic safety hazards.How to correctly analyze the reasons for the brake shoe cutting wheel is imminent,and timely and efficient processing.In this paper,the failure of the brake shoe wheel during the operation of the C80gondola is analyzed,and the theoretical analysis is carried out from the aspects of the basic brake design structure,the field measurement data,the maintenance and so on,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
