摘　　要：近年来,人们对香菇的质量要求越来越高。以适宜夏季栽培的优质高效香菇品种——连香808香菇为例,从优良品种的选择、栽培原料的选用以及遮阳降温、注水技术等角度,介绍辽南夏季代料香菇及其关键技术,为提高夏季香菇品质和产量提供技术指导。In recent years,the quality of shiitake mushroom has been given increasing attention.This article,taking shiitake mushroom Lianxiang808as an example,discusses the high quality cultivation techniques of shiitake mushroom with crushed wood material in southern Liaoning Province in terms of the selection of fine varieties,raw materials for cultivation,temperature reduction through sun shading and water injection with an aim of providing technical guidance for the cultivation of lentinus edodes in southern Liaoning Province.
